Heavy rainfall headed for Gulf Coast and first ever potential tropical cyclone forms. Invest 93L remained disorganized this morning, but the overall level structure improved in the last 24 hours. Strong convection has been firing over the western Caribbean sea, east of the main surface axis. There is currently a high chance of development, 80% within 48 hours and 90% through the next five days. The intensity of this cyclone, remains low at around 10% that this reaches hurricane level, as the atmospheric setup along the Gulf of Mexico is not favorable at this time.
